Builder Scaled came to Common Ground for go-to-market strategy, relationships and growth. We provided those, and once we got to look under the hood it became a partnership. Common Ground brings the leads and the relationships, LÏEF Builders prices and packages each project, and Kanopi, the estimating architecture behind it, gives every general contractor one set of quantities to bid.

Builder Scaled LLC, with Colton Scott as CEO, is a national pre-construction firm: architecture, structural, MEP and civil engineering, value engineering and permitting, produced by a global team and sealed by US-licensed professionals. Its limit was never production. It was demand that arrives already priced and already trusted.

Problem

A national firm that sells drawings and had no way to turn them into buildings: no owners with money, no number an owner believes, no general contractor ready to sign against it.

What we did

Took the go-to-market to the owner, checked the seal before lending the network, set the relationship to prove itself one project at a time, and put every contractor on one set of measured quantities.

Result

A working channel in six weeks. Eight projects routed, the first contractor proposal back the morning after the package went out, and Builder Scaled's own general contractor group bidding a commercial building in Phoenix.

Bring the GCs. We'll price and package the projects, they bid off one set of quantities.Jesse Fowler
